SINGAPORE : The rules for the Singapore Exchange's new sponsor-supervised listing platform for fast growing companies will take effect on Monday.
On the same day, SESDAQ will be renamed Catalist and all SESDAQ-listed companies will be known as Catalist-listed companies.
But these companies will still be regulated by SGX under the old rules until they have engaged a Catalist sponsor and adopted the new rules.
They will have at least two years to do so. Interested institutions can submit their applications to SGX to become Catalist sponsors.
The first batch of sponsors is expected to be announced next month.

特别为快速增长公司而设、由保荐机构(sponsor)协助监督的“凯利板”(Catalist)将于本月17日生效。自动报价交易板(Sesdaq)也将于同日改名为“凯利板”。
在自动报价交易板挂牌的所有公司将变成“凯利板”上市公司，但它们将仍由新交所以自动报价交易板条例管理，直到它们得到保荐机构支持，并遵循“凯利板”条例。
在第一批保荐机构公布后，它们将有至少两年的时间达到以上标准。第一批保荐机构预计于下月公布。
