丽星邮轮进军菲酒店赌场

丽星邮轮(678)昨日宣布，与菲律宾上市公司Alliance Global Group, Inc.(AGI)订立框架协议，就于菲律宾一项酒店及赌场综合物业开发及经营计划进行策略性合作安排。丽星邮轮将收购AGI旗下Travellers公司的50%权益，收购总代价3.35亿美元(26.13亿港元)。　　

Travellers及丽星邮轮将组成合营公司以发展有关项目，Travellers将持有合营公司60%股权，而丽星邮轮则持有40%股权。丽星邮轮可在适用法律准许的情况下增持其于合营公司的股权至75%。
